Folk On Line Directory of Events and Recording Order Listings. .Recordings

This section provides deatails of artists, bands and other personages, though it does not claim to be complete. The criteria for inclusion apart from having something to do with UK folk music, is one or more of the following:- 1) being dead, or 2) alive and having given permission for inclusion, or 3) alive and having issued press releases or other public domain statements, or 4) where a link to the artists own web pages can be provided, or 5) purely as a link to the Recordings Listing. Since this is about folk music, both the great and the small are equally eligable.

Entries are colour coded (with symbol back-ups where possible).
Green  - Deceased or Disbanded
Black   - Active
Grey    - Retired

Alphabetic Index. Entries are by surname/band, then first/known name (then age oldest first).
